Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sleep patches, foot patches, or consumable products
- Personal care and wellness items once opened
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
